Refund policy
DOUBLE CHECK ORDER DETAILS, SIZES, QUANTITIES AND CUSTOMIZATION
Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel or make changes to the order or delivery address, as many items are processed immediately through our third-party partners.
Unless Specifically Stated in Product Details
We do not offer any returns, refunds or cancellations on orders once placed. Most items are made to order and immediately sent to process, including customized and personalized designs. Custom items are non-returnable, including those with misspellings—please triple-check all spelling and details before placing your order. If spelling is correct on your email order confirmation details, but differs from what you received, please see Damages & Defects below.
Customization
All items are made to order, including customized and personalized designs. We do not offer returns, refunds or replacements on custom items, including those with misspellings (unless item differs from your confirmation email). Please triple-check all spelling and details before placing your order.
Returnable Items
Items eligible for return will be clearly marked as “returnable” in the product details. To request a return, you must contact us by email within 7 days of delivery and include the reason for the return. All items must be returned in new, unworn condition with no signs of use or damage. All returnable items are photographed prior to shipping for quality assurance. Returns will not be accepted or refunded without a Return Authorization (RA) number issued by us. If your return is approved, you must follow the provided instructions exactly. We will supply a return label with tracking, and you are responsible for securely repackaging the item. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–11 business days. Refunds will be issued minus return shipping costs, a 10% restocking fee on general items, and a 20% restocking fee on jewelry due to required sanitation, repackaging, and handling before resale.
Damages & Defects
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. To resolve the issue quickly, include clear photos showing the problem so we can arrange a replacement. Refunds may only be issued in the case of product replacement unavailability.
Wrong Address
Any package returned due to a customer address error will be handled at the discretion of our fulfillment partner. Here’s what that could look like:
- We can re-ship it (you’ll just cover the new shipping + processing fee), or
- We may offer a partial refund, minus original shipping, return shipping, handling, and any applicable restocking fees
Once your item makes its way back, we’ll reach out using the contact info you provided at checkout. If we don’t hear back within 7 business days, the item will be considered abandoned—meaning it may be donated or otherwise disposed of, and no refund will be issued.
Moral of the story: double-check your shipping address or your favorite ex might be the delivery driver.
