Once your order is processed, we’re unable to make changes or cancel it—so a fast double-check goes a long way.
We partner with multiple fulfillment teams, so each product page shows its own estimated shipping timeframe based on the latest info available.
Please keep in mind: production times, carrier delays, and the occasional life hiccup can affect delivery—and those parts are unfortunately out of our hands.
If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive separately and at different times.
Here’s the shipping scoop:
- FREE Standard Shipping is always included and will show up automatically at checkout.
- Express Shipping is available on select items. If it’s an option, you’ll see it at checkout and can upgrade for an additional cost.
Once your order ships, we’ll send tracking details straight to your email so you can follow it every step of the way. 📦✨
WRONG ADDRESS
We ship exactly where you tell us—so if the address is wrong, incomplete, or missing that one tiny detail that matters… your package may take a little detour back to us.
Because all items are made-to-order and non-returnable, any package returned due to a customer address error will be handled at the discretion of our fulfillment partner. Here’s what that could look like:
- We can re-ship it (you’ll just cover the new shipping + processing fee), or
- We may offer a partial refund, minus original shipping, return shipping, handling, and any applicable restocking fees
Once your item makes its way back, we’ll reach out using the contact info you provided at checkout. If we don’t hear back within 7 business days, the item will be considered abandoned—meaning it may be donated or otherwise disposed of, and no refund will be issued.
Moral of the story: double-check your shipping address like your favorite ex might be the delivery driver.
